31st Bristol Classic Car Show

New member Steve Wilkinson recently visited thed Bristol Classic Car show and was suitably impressed.

Steve relates:

"All I can say is wow! This is what I expected from the Bristol Classic Car Show, after a few years of smallshows in February, finally the Bristol Classic was the show it ought to have been.

The 3 main buildings were all either club stands or businesses, there were at least 2 marquee’s (I kind of lost count!) of the same and another hall which was half autojumble and half cars.

There were over 60 Triumphs at the show in all (with the classic car park outside), including various club stands. The move to May has definitely worked and roll on next years show."

Standard-Triumph Marque Day 2010

The club once again had a stand at this years Standard-Triumph Marque day and autojumble at the NAC nr Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. We had a great display of cars with a 2500 TC Mk2, a TR4a, a 1300 FWD, 2000 mk1 and a modified Spitfire on show. Despite the freezing cold weather a good day was had by all with a few bargains purchased. Pics to follow
